Law department

I wasn't quite sure which category to fit this photo into, the Law department isn't a college and it isn't really the city centre, but it needed a home. For this shot I used my drink stirrer to cut out the flare and deliberately shot at a smaller aperture to try and accentuate the star-burst effect of the sun.
